The Testicular Cancer Foundation provides education for men to learn the facts about testicular cancer and become aware of the signs and symptoms. Testicular Cancer Foundation was founded by Matt Ferstler after he lost his left testicle to testicular cancer. His friends then dubbed him "Single Jingle," which eventually turned into the name of its cause.
