Pre-Order Events

Pre-Order events or Pre-Order Sales events take place from time to time. When an item is available for Pre-Order, it can be purchased to secure that item in advance of the stock arriving at our warehouse. After purchase, your payment method will be charged immediately. Please note that when a Pre-Ordered item is purchased along with items currently available, the entire order will be delayed until the Pre-Order item is ready to be shipped. If you would like us to ship delayed items separately, please notify the BOS Support Team. While Pre-Orders typically ship in 1-4 weeks, unforeseen events can change the length of time before your items ship.


Return policy

Our return policy is simple, if you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know, and BOS will have your items returned! Please let us know of your decision to return within 30 days. You can find our full refund policy at checkout.


Order confirmation

Our system will send you an order confirmation. If the order confirmation was never received, generally it is the email given at checkout or there may be an issue with payment. If you have not been emailed a confirmation and you have placed an order, let our support team know via email.


Include a message with order

We can include a message with any order! Please enter the text you would like us to print and ship your order via email. Please include your order number and best phone number. 


How can I start a return

Simple. Contact our support team with your order number and item(s) to be returned. We will issue a return authorization number within 3 business days. 


Adjust order items, address, or shipping speed

Please contact us with any adjustment to your order within 24 hours after your order has been placed.
