At checkout, you will have different shipping options available to you. These indicate which shipping carriers you can choose from and the time shipping will take. All Items leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours. Once the item is processed, packed and shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. If you never received a confirmation, please reach out.
All orders process right away. The items of your order will be gathered by hand, packed into a sturdy box and shipped within 1-2 business days.
If you're expecting a package, please start by tracking the order's location. If your tracking number has not updated, this can be due to a storm, unforeseen delays on the carriers travel, or customs delay. To request help initiating a ticket and investigate the status of your package, contact or support team.
If you have tracked your package and realized an issue, it's best to contact our support team. If you received your items and there seems to be missing or broken items, please list the missing or broken item along with your order number and contact our resolution team.
YES! We ship worldwide. At checkout, you will see international shipping rates. Please note that our shipping rates do not cover any customs fees. If you have any duties/taxes in your country, these will be charged to you.
